The salon Policies
Patch Tests.
We require a patch test ahead of your first colour service, which must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If for any reason a skin patch test cannot be carried out, a disclaimed will need to be filled out upon arrival.
Lateness Policy.
If you foresee lateness to your booked appointment, please ensure you give us a call to let us know. If you are more than ten minutes delayed to your service it may result in having to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation.
Should you need to reschedule your booked service, we ask that you provide at least twenty-four hours notice. If this notice is not advised ahead of your appointment, we may require a deposit to secure your next booking.
